- Please note that this homeowner uses outdoor surveillance cameras to ensure their home stays safe. No cameras monitor the inside of the home or the hot tub area.
Policies and Rules
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking allowed inside or outside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- This home is not pet friendly. Pets are not allowed.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
Fees and Payments
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments. After the 24-hour window, cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a refund. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will only be refunded if the dates rebook to another traveler. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

- Free parking is available. The driveway is paved and there is enough parking for 3 cars in the garage and 4-6 small to medium sized vehicles in the driveway.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- Well stocked kitchen with cooking basics and utensils provided.
- Starter set of paper products is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. These items are sufficient for one or two nights.
- Towels and bed linens are provided.
- Hair dryers are not provided.
- The fireplace shown in the lower level is decorative only. Do not attempt to light a fire in it.
Safety and Emergency Information
- Outdoor surveillance cameras are present. No cameras monitor the inside of the home or the hot tub area.
- Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector provided.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. If visiting in winter, come prepared with AWD or 4WD vehicle; chains may be required in snow. No refunds, allowances, or date changes are given if not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
